At glaucoma, if internal eye pressure is higher then 25 units,
do not work on the eye with Scenar, you can cause a detachment of retina.Cataract
will mature from the Scenar action, even though the eye-sight will improve.Russian
medical doctors conducted a research on the effectiveness of Scenar device in
ophthalmology. There were treated patients with glaucoma, low intra-eye pressure,
atrophy of the optic nerve, sclerotic atrophy, degeneration of retina, ischemic
neuropathy, myopia, etc. The course of treatment was about 10 sessions. As a
result there was increase in the quality of patient's vision (96%). Scenar had
positive effect on normalisation of the ophthalmic tone at glaucoma. Spasm of
accommodation was reduced to 2 dioptres at myopia.
Scenar therapy removes spasm of accommodation, false refraction.
Scenar reinforces accommodative muscle and also treat asthenia of vision. At
high axis long-sight with change in the visual fundus and vitreous body combination
of Scenar with medication gives good results. Scenar showed high effectiveness
at treatment of inflammatory diseases (dacryocystitis in 5 sessions), acute
iridocyclitis, and acute maculitis. There was a positive dynamics in treatment
of "hopeless" keratopathy, at intra-eye haemorrhage, at fresh haemorrhage
into retina. The higher the starting internal eye pressure the better will be
the results using Scenar for glaucoma. According to Russians, application of
Scenar is indicated for treatment of the variety of post-operative conditions
and non-specific inflammations, keratopathy. There was not noted the effect
from Scenar therapy at treatment of the detachment of retina. General guidelines:

Astigmatism: Work from the external side of the corner of
the eyes toward the nose. Place the device on the external corner of the eye
with Mod 3:1, achieving muscular contraction. Work in this manner for a few
minutes.
