Russian Scenar Therapist in West Cork By Carol Gilbert
Dr Zulia Valeyeve-Frost, a Russian Paediatrician and Scenar
Therapist recently visited West Cork, updating John Garvey of Killinga, Leap,
and his assistants, in the latest advances in this revolutionary treatment which
has been developed behind the Iron Curtain.
The Scenar (Self-Controlled Energo Neuro-Adaptive Regulator),
resembles a TV remote control and contains its own computer. This new system
is a revolutionary electro-magnetic approach which combines the technology of
orthodox Western medical practice with ancient knowledge of the East.
It was developed primarily for use by cosmonauts on the Russian
space programme, where conventional medical practices are not possible. It operates
by means of a sensor that is placed on the skin and displays sets of numbers
indicating to the trained operator the level of illness. Low electrical impulses
are triggered which change the sets of numbers displayed as the body starts
to self heal.
The Russians have admitted to spending £100 million
on the Scenar development and two of their leading scientists involved in the
project were awarded the prestigious Order of Lenin, the equivalent to the Nobel
Prize.
Dr Zulia, who has been chosen to be the representative of
Scenar, is also responsible for the standard of the Scenar Authority outside
Russia. She has travelled extensively, training doctors in Europe, USA, and
Canada and is shortly to travel to Australia to run the first course there.
In the UK the device is licensed by the British Standards
Institute for pain relief only. The Russian experience suggests that it can
be effective for a very broad range of diseases including the relief of pain.
Hundreds of Scenars are in use in the United Kingdom, whilst
the numbers in Russia run into thousands where Scenars are used as a medical
device in every hospital department. Dr Zulia returns to Russia regularly to
be updated on research information which she passes on in turn to Scenar Therapists
like John Garvey.
