BIO-REGULATED ELECTRO-STIMULATION IN TREATING AGGRAVATIONS
OF THE GASTRO-INTESTINAL SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH SEVERE COMBINATIVE INJURIESP

The problem of treating traumas lately became a subject of an increased interest
in the scientific-research collectives and practical medical doctors. Combined
traumas in the morphologic relation are the combination of injuries of few areas
of the body. From the point of view of functional ability the trauma becomes
a special form of traumatic pathology due to mutual influence of the pathological
factors on each other, forming peculiar pathologic process. Severe, combined
mechanical trauma requires a special approach during the examination and the
treatment at first hours after the accident, also it is required foreseeing
of the development of a range of typical pathologic processes in the closest
post-traumatic period. The concept of traumatic disease allows suggesting the
development of a whole range of predictable pathos-physiologic process, connected
to the speciality of the given actual mechanical trauma.
The consequences of the combined traumas (disturbance of the
function of the regulative systems of the brain, acute haemorrhage, acute respiratory
insufficiency, and endo-toxicosis) determine high mortality and peculiarity
of the post-traumatic period.
